If an image you submit is too small, we will contact you to see if you have a higher-resolution image. Once you have made your purchase, you can send your photo to us through Etsy Messenger, this will ensure we can get your proof ready for your approval.
Since not every space is built the same, we want to make sure that we offer a size that will fit yours well! Some of the most popular sizes that we offer are 8x10, 9x12, 11x14, 12x12, 12x24, 16x20, 18x24, and 20x24. Our prints can be hung vertically or horizontally; please specify your preference in the personalization section of the order.
The sizes listed represent the printed area of each print. Our traditional canvases are 7/8” in depth. If you order a custom frame, it adds an extra 1.5” of height and 1.5” of width! The depth with our frames is 1.5”. We offer several different stain options for you to choose from: White, Natural Pine, Whitewash, Grey, Barnwood, Early American, Tuscany, Dark Walnut, Tobacco, Ebony, and Black.
If you receive a damaged package, we kindly request that you photograph the packaging before opening it. After you have, please proceed with unpacking to check if your product is damaged. If it is, please submit photos of the damage to us so that we can file a claim and replace your product.
