Shipping:

Inspired Decor Store offers free standard shipping (Either USPS or FedEx Ground) on all orders placed on the Inspired Decor Store website to the Continental United States.  The shipping method chosen will be at the discretion of the Inspired Decor Store shipping team.  This method will be chosen based on location and expected delivery speed.  Any order that does not require modification or customization will be shipped within 24-48 hours based on when the order is placed.  Orders that require modification or customization will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving final approval from the individual who placed the order.

Inspired Decor Store offers expedited shipping on all orders at the customers expense.  The shipping rate will be based on the weight of the package and the destination.  Should a customer choose to expedite an order, every effort will be made to get the order shipped out and delivered based on the most effective shipping method available.  If the product ordered does not need modification or customization, the order will be shipped out within 24 hours.  If the order is customized, the product will be shipped within 24 hours after the order has been approved.

International shipping will the responsibility of the individual or business placing the order.  Rates will be provided during the checkout process and the order must be paid in full to release the package.  Any and all duties and taxes that may be incurred will also be the responsibility of the individual or business placing the order.   Return Policy:

All Inspired Decor Store products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects at the time of shipment. Claims must be reported within 14 days of receipt to Inspired Decor Store in writing, and specifying type of product defect and date of purchase. Any products found to be defective by an authorized representative of Inspired Decor Store are limited to replacement of product or refund of the original purchase price. Inspired Decor Store cannot be responsible for consequential damages and labor charges. Warranty does not cover deterioration due to normal wear, defects, and damage due to alterations, negligence, and use beyond safe operating limits. Inspired Decor Store total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Product Return Products must be returned within 30 days and must be inspected & approved for resale in order to be approved for credit. All returned merchandise must have prior authorization and is subject to a potential restocking fee based on the reason for return. Any items returned to Inspired Decor Store without prior approval will be subject to a 50% restocking fee unless otherwise stated by an Inspired Decor Store representative. All returns are subject to the discretion of the management team for Inspired Decor Store.

Return shipping will be the responsibility of the shipper unless otherwise stated.  Should Inspired Decor Store agree to ship the product back at their expense, a shipping label will be generated and sent via email.  The label will be valid for 14 days and if not returned, no credit will be provided.

 

Cancellations:

Any order placed on the Inspired Decor Store website may be canceled at any time prior to production.  Once the order has been approved and put into production, the order cannot be canceled unless approval is granted by the management team of Inspired Decor Store.

Force Majeure or Acts of God:

Inspired Decor Store understands that there are, at times, issues that arise which are out of Inspired Decor Store's control.  These issues will be addressed on a case by case basis by the management team.  Should something that is out of either parties control, please contact us at: contactus@inspireddecorstore.com.
