In the event that you receive a damaged package we kindly request that you photograph it before opening it. After you have, then please proceed with opening to check if the product is damaged. If it is, please contact us and we will ask for the photos so we can file a claim and replace your product.
Please note that while this shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our customer service is not monitored on the weekends.
