A pet portrait is a wonderful way to celebrate the arrival of a new furry family member or to commemorate the life of a beloved pet who has passed away. It captures the unique personality and essence of the animal, creating a timeless and heartfelt tribute!
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The higher resolution your image is, the better the final print will look! While we will do everything we can to make sure your print looks perfect, we can only do so much. If the image you submit is too small, we will contact you to see if you have a higher-resolution image.
Although we are able to do some editing to the photos, major edits such as removing foreground items (leashes, hands, grass, etc.) may not be possible or may require a design fee depending on the time it will take to do them.
Not every space is built the same, and we want to make sure that we offer a size that will fit yours well! Our prints can be hung vertically or horizontally; please specify your preference in the personalization section of the order. Our rope board canvases are one-sided only and are 1/8” in depth. If you need a print to put in your own standard frame, please request the canvas panel to be shipped without the rope. The sizes that we offer are limited to 5x7, 8x8, 8x10, 9x12, 11x14, 12x12, 12x16, 14x18, and 16x20.
If you receive a damaged package, we kindly request that you photograph the packaging before opening it. After you have, please proceed with unpacking to check if your product is damaged. If it is, please submit photos of the damage to us so that we can file a claim and replace your product.
